How to perform a Reset Layout.
Reset Layout is a simple troubleshooting step for various issues that are affecting a single user's installation of Doc.It. (not for firm-wide issue)
To perform a reset layout...
- Down the left hand pane find the "Maintenance" link and click it.
- Within the Maintenance console locate the "Reset Layout" button and select it. (If not present have someone with this access perform steps 1 to 4)
- Use the Drop down menu or type ahead to find the affected user.
- Click "Reset Layout" and OK when complete.
- On the affected user's system, shutdown Doc.It Suite and the Desktop Connector (or Startup Utility for 4.5)
- Relaunch Doc.It Suite and the Desktop Connector (or Startup Utility for 4.5)
