Saved Search - Unable To See All Client Binders

Saved Search - Unable To See All Client Binders

There are times when a filter has been applied to the Saved Search in Binder Explorer preventing users from seeing all binders for clients when selecting the client name from the drop down.

In order to remove the filter please complete the following steps:

1. Open Binder Explorer.

2. From the Saved Search drop down list select Default Client Layout.



3. Click the yellow star to the left of the drop down.



4. Click the Set as Default Layout and Filters button.
