When this happens the attached font will need to be re-installed on the system affected.

Download the linked file to your desktop and run it.

Lucidia Sans Regular.ttf

- You will be prompted with the "Lucida Sans Regular (TrueType)" preview where you will click the "Install" button
- You may be prompted replace the font that is already installed. Choose "Yes" to replace
- Restart Doc.It Suite 4
