Always contact Doc.It Support first, as the issue may be known. Only follow the steps below when requested to, by the Doc.It Support department.
To enable Advanced Logging:
1. Shutdown Doc.It Suite
2. Launch the Doc.It Startup Utility
3. Select the "Doc.It Suite" tab and check the "Enable Advanced Logging" checkbox and save.
4. When the issue next occurs, call support or collect the logs as described below and send them in.
Collecting log files from user's workstations:
Copy and Paste the appropriate path below into your Windows search or browse, remembering that the "AppData" folder could be hidden and may need to be typed.
