64 Bit Email Converter

Hello Doc-It Users!

In order to check your version of Outlook please do the following:

Launch Outlook.

Click the File tab>Office Account>About Outlook.

This screenshot shows the 32 bit version, if your version says 64 bit please proceed.

If it is 32 bit, do not continue as this article is strictly for the installation of the 64 bit email converter.

**Please note, if this is being performed on a terminal server ensure the server is in Install Mode and all users are closed out of Doc-It Suite and Outlook before proceeding.

Close Doc-It Suite and Outlook.

Download the the attached xml file

Copy it to the following location (via file explorer), overwriting the file that is currently there:

 %appdata%\Doc-It4\Doc.It Suite 4\XML Files

Navigate to Control Panel>Programs and Features.

Uninstall the Doc.It Email Converter 4.

Right click on the Doc-It Suite icon on your desktop and select Run As Administrator.

This will install the 64 bit email converter, prompting you when it has completed the update.

Launch Doc-It Suite and then Outlook.
